Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and customer‑focused Admin Operasional Toko Online to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our online storefront runs smoothly, from product listing to post‑sale support. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced marketplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the online store’s presence across multiple marketplace platforms.
  • Upload, edit, and regularly update product information, including high‑quality photos, accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via chat, email, and marketplace messaging systems.
  • Process incoming orders end‑to‑end, generate shipping labels, input tracking numbers, and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock‑outs.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds while adhering to company policies and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Set up and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and voucher codes to drive sales and enhance visibility.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting and packing teams to ensure accurate invoicing, proper documentation, and seamless logistics.
  • Maintain and improve store performance metrics, including rating, review quality, and response time, to meet marketplace standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No strict age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages.

  • Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in e‑commerce or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in sales administration and familiar with marketplace tools.
