We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer – Visual & Branding Specialist to join our dynamic creative team in Malang. This full‑time position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, 13:00‑19:00, and is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑impact visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
- Lead the creation of brand‑centric illustrations, infographics, and iconography that enhance user engagement.
- Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, applying innovative techniques to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- Prepare final production files, coordinate with external printers or vendors, and ensure quality control throughout the production process.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets, version histories, and brand resources for easy access by cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Location: Must be domiciled in Malang or willing to relocate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in visual branding.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with additional tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, or Sketch.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand identity systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time‑management, ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams, meticulous attention to detail, and a creative mindset that embraces feedback.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing branding projects, digital illustrations, and a variety of visual solutions must be submitted with the application.
