Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Motorist to join our dynamic team covering the Taluk region. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong passion for sales who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the automotive and distribution industry. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers, promoting our product portfolio, and driving revenue growth across a vibrant market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the designated Taluk territory through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and networking events.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific transportation and logistics needs.
- Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and ensure all paperwork complies with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain a daily activity log, update the CRM system with customer interactions, and submit weekly sales reports to the regional manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange product deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Travel extensively across the Taluk area, including occasional overnight stays, to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
- Represent the company at community events, local fairs, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of formal sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Own a motorcycle and be willing to obtain a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong willingness to travel and work outside of the home city, including weekend assignments when required.
- Passion for sales, a proactive attitude, and a desire to grow within a fast‑moving industry.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader sales and operations team.
