Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with the company’s SOPs.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with every guest, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages with consistent quality, adhering to presentation guidelines.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and well‑stocked throughout the shift, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
- Monitor product freshness and report any quality concerns to the shift supervisor.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with attention to detail.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules, deep‑cleaning tasks, and routine equipment checks.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic and maintain smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations mandated by local authorities and corporate policy.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and waste reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 26 years or younger.

- Must be a practicing Muslim (as per company policy).
- Clean, neat appearance and personal hygiene are essential.
- Strong moral character: disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Good physical health and mental well‑being to handle shift work.
