Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Server Crew (Part‑time). As a member of our front‑of‑house staff, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the service, checking in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking condiments.
- Collaborate with teammates, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper hand washing and uniform standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up service stations, inventory checks, and securing the dining area.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum limit of 0 years (interpreted as no upper age restriction).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Personal attributes:
- Well‑groomed appearance and professional attire.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an attractive demeanor.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to a “No Judol, No Pinjol” policy – no involvement in loan sharking or predatory lending.
- Skills: Basic food and beverage service abilities, familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
