Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Server Crew (Part‑time). This role is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in the fast‑paced hospitality industry. As a member of our front‑of‑house staff, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to portion standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout the service, checking in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking condiments.
  • Collaborate with teammates, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper hand washing and uniform standards.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up service stations, inventory checks, and securing the dining area.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum limit of 0 years (interpreted as no upper age restriction).
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
  • Personal attributes:
    • Well‑groomed appearance and professional attire.
    • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an attractive demeanor.
    • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Commitment to a “No Judol, No Pinjol” policy – no involvement in loan sharking or predatory lending.
  • Skills: Basic food and beverage service abilities, familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
