Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on multiple platforms, delivering compelling product demonstrations that highlight features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Craft persuasive scripts and spontaneous commentary that translate technical product details into easy‑to‑understand language for a diverse audience.
- Maintain high levels of audience interaction by answering questions, reading comments, and creating interactive polls or giveaways that boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Produce short‑form video content (15‑60 seconds) for social media feeds, reels, and stories, ensuring each piece aligns with current trends and brand voice.
- Plan, shoot, and edit product videos independently or in collaboration with the creative team, handling lighting, framing, and post‑production touches.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging content formats, viral challenges, and platform algorithm changes to keep the brand’s digital presence fresh and competitive.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align live sessions and video concepts with ongoing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Uphold the brand’s image by delivering consistent messaging, adhering to brand guidelines, and ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.
- Collect and report live session metrics—such as viewer count, average watch time, click‑through rates, and sales generated—to help refine future strategies.
- Assist in brainstorming new content ideas, special event themes, and partnership opportunities that could expand reach and drive revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger, with a fresh and youthful outlook.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
