Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately in electronic health records, and report any changes to the attending physician promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self‑care techniques, and post‑discharge instructions to promote recovery and prevent readmissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and social workers—to coordinate holistic treatment strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all medical equipment is sanitized and operational.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, such as case reviews and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients experiencing anxiety, pain, or other psychosocial challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, guidelines, and technology through regular training and professional development.
Requirements
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a registered nurse.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will receive on‑the‑job mentorship.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for occasional shift adjustments.
