Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Operasional Store to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our retail outlet. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the store operates smoothly, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets its financial targets. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can motivate a diverse team, manage resources efficiently, and resolve operational challenges with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while adhering to labor regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate store associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare weekly reports for senior management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, visual merchandising, and product placements to maximize sales.
  • Ensure that all store equipment is properly maintained and that any technical issues are addressed swiftly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Age range: 25‑35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or food‑and‑beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities – honest, decisive, communicative, and able to inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a track record of making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, inventory management systems, and POS software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a standard shift from 08:00 to 17:00.
