Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for timely debt collection and payment reconciliation.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Gather and verify payment receipts, ensuring accurate documentation of each transaction.
- Prepare detailed visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any escalations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the assigned geographical area, including key routes, traffic patterns, and local landmarks.
- Coordinate with the internal finance and customer service teams to address complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and suggest operational enhancements.
- Ensure the safety of personal belongings and company assets while traveling.
- Adhere to the standard work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection; 2 years is preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Thorough familiarity with the Karimun area, including residential and commercial zones.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce accurate visit reports.
