We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC – Area Kabupaten Sanggau. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly contribute to the financial inclusion of local businesses while achieving personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and outreach to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC solutions.
- Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 EDC units by identifying prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential merchants, ensuring consistent follow‑up and relationship building.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local events, workshops, and promotional activities that raise brand awareness.
- Provide post‑sale support, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams for installation.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Adhere to company policies regarding compliance, data security, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in financial services or technology.
- Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency with sales analysis tools and ability to interpret performance metrics.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer‑first attitude.
