Introduction
Accor, a world‑leading hospitality group, is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is based at one of our flagship properties and plays a pivotal role in delivering the seamless, high‑quality guest experience that Accor is renowned for. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, the coordinator will operate within a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, supporting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions while adhering to the brand’s global standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent guest service in accordance with Accor’s brand standards, promptly addressing inquiries, special requests, and any issues that arise.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling, to maintain optimal stock levels and visual presentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and front‑desk teams to guarantee clean, organized, and efficiently run public areas.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols, conducting regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures, customer service excellence, and the use of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as sales figures and guest satisfaction scores, and propose actionable improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the store and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Handle guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism, turning potential negatives into positive experiences.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean processes, waste reduction, and sustainability practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including shift reports, incident logs, and inventory records, to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4); relevant fields such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Retail Operations are preferred.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, colleagues, and senior management.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and guest‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, especially during peak periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage; Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial progression, with a proactive, detail‑oriented work style.
- Technical competency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
