Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Partner – Human Capital to join our growing organization. This role serves as the vital bridge between business objectives and Human Capital initiatives, ensuring that people strategies are tightly aligned with the company’s vision and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and hands‑on HR experience to drive performance, leadership development, and workforce optimization across both head‑office and branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic liaison between business units and the Human Capital (HC) function, identifying, analyzing, and overseeing the resolution of HR issues at the head office and branch levels.
- Detect early‑stage performance, leadership, workflow, structural, and team‑dynamic concerns; document them thoroughly and coordinate cross‑functional HC responses.
- Partner with branch and regional leaders to elevate the capabilities and effectiveness of their teams through coaching, talent assessments, and targeted development plans.
- Collaborate with Head Office directors and department heads to align business strategy with the organization’s talent capabilities and succession pipelines.
- Lead screening, interviewing, and the creation of People Analytics dashboards in partnership with divisional heads, providing actionable insights on turnover, engagement, and productivity.
- Prepare detailed internal and external HC reports, highlighting case studies, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze and propose enhancements to the corporate HR Information System (HRIS) to streamline data flow, reporting accuracy, and user experience.
- Support end‑to‑end HC processes—including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, and payroll—ensuring they are delivered efficiently and in line with best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in Organizational People Development.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HC processes: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance appraisal, employee relations, legal compliance, and payroll.
- Proven analytical abilities—capable of diagnosing root causes of HR challenges rather than merely addressing symptoms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with staff at all levels from entry‑level employees to senior managers.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and experience building HR dashboards and analytics reports.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR policy analysis, and payroll procedures.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Age limit: maximum 39 years; gender: open to all candidates.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:00.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package with performance‑based bonuses.
- Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision.
- Professional development allowance for certifications, workshops, and conferences.
- Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work‑life balance culture.
- Annual paid leave, sick leave, and additional days for cultural or family events.
- Access to a modern HRIS platform and analytics tools for continuous learning.
- Team‑building activities, corporate retreats, and wellness programs.
