Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team in the Kabupaten Melawai area. This role focuses on acquiring small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) by promoting and selling our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, which enable merchants to process card payments securely and efficiently. As a key front‑line representative, you will play an essential part in expanding our merchant network, driving digital payment adoption, and contributing to the financial inclusion of local businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to UMKM throughout Kabupaten Melawai, presenting the features and benefits of our EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 EDC units by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential merchants, using CRM tools to track interactions and follow‑up activities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and address any concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities, share market insights, and improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including sales figures, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Maintain professional relationships with existing merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations while operating a two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑service role, preferably within the financial services or payment solutions industry.
  • Valid SIM C driving licence and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse merchant owners.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting strict daily targets.
  • Basic analytical abilities to assess merchant needs and propose appropriate EDC configurations.
  • All genders are welcome to apply; the role does not impose age limits.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
