Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Collector – Cabang Ratahan to join our growing team at the Ratahan branch office. This role is pivotal in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by ensuring that overdue accounts are pursued efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced multifinance environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to ethical collection practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Conduct outbound calls, send written reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructuring options, and settlements while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the internal CRM system, updating status, notes, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, preparing performance reports for senior management.
- Identify patterns of default and provide insights to the risk management department for preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and internal ethical standards throughout all interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection techniques, legal updates, and product knowledge.
- Support the branch’s overall financial performance by contributing to a healthy cash flow and reduced non‑performing loan ratios.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only, aged up to 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan recovery, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt recovery, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with branch staff.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
