Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes covering assigned territories, visiting retail shops, kiosks, and individual customers.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and promote Artaboga’s product lines, highlighting key features and competitive advantages.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and decision‑makers to secure repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update customer databases, and prepare detailed daily activity reports for the regional manager.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to retailers, ensuring they are well‑informed and prepared.
- Arrange attractive product displays that comply with brand standards, enhancing shelf visibility and consumer appeal.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the sales district.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
- Adhere to company policies on safety, ethics, and professional conduct while representing the Artaboga brand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in direct sales, motor sales, or field merchandising is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, product assortments, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic administrative competence: comfortable handling sales paperwork, mobile reporting tools, and inventory logs.
- Self‑discipline, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward meeting daily targets.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation or willingness to use company‑provided transport allowances.
