Introduction
The Cabang Garut office is seeking a dynamic Collection Coordinator (CC) to lead and strengthen our collections team. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in driving cash‑flow efficiency, safeguarding the financial health of the organization, and ensuring a high‑performing, compliant collection process across the Garut region. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of supervisory experience, analytical acumen, and a robust professional network within the financing industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of collection agents, setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor collection activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Analyze delinquency trends and develop action plans to improve recovery rates in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the underwriting, credit, and legal departments to resolve complex cases and reduce write‑offs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports using MS Office or Google Workspace tools, highlighting key metrics such as portfolio aging, recovery ratio, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain and expand a network of contacts—including borrowers, collection agencies, and industry partners—to facilitate timely debt resolution.
- Implement training programs focused on negotiation techniques, communication skills, and data‑driven collection strategies.
- Conduct periodic audits of collection files to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine collection policies, introduce technology enhancements, and align the team’s objectives with overall business goals.
- Work a structured schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, ensuring coverage during peak collection periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in collection within the financial services or financing sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret collection data, generate insights, and drive data‑based decisions.
- Extensive professional network in the Garut region or related financial circles.
- Excellent active communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of handling sensitive negotiations.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
