Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan Langsung to lead our field sales team in the greater Depok area. This role is pivotal in driving direct‑to‑consumer sales, expanding market reach, and ensuring that our retail partners receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will combine a strong work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy that aligns with company revenue goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail outlets, ensuring proper product placement and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a daily territory plan, visiting existing and prospective customers to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and close sales.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch promotions, new product lines, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and local regulations while maintaining accurate sales documentation.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to influence future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or business management are a plus.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Experience: 0‑2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for field work.
  • Residency: Must be domiciled in Depok or willing to relocate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Highly disciplined, self‑motivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and reliability in meeting deadlines and sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Key soft skills: problem‑solving, adaptability, teamwork, and a customer‑centric mindset.
