Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and organizing stock to minimize waste.
  • Operate basic kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house crew to ensure timely delivery of prepared items during peak hours.
  • Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock using the FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) method.
  • Assist in daily closing procedures, including cleaning, waste disposal, and reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, customer service, and store management systems.
  • Provide courteous assistance to customers when required, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to excellent service.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated reliability, discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen tools and willingness to learn proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday, with shift times to be communicated during the interview.
  • Proficiency in using a store management system is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
