Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and organizing stock to minimize waste.
- Operate basic kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house crew to ensure timely delivery of prepared items during peak hours.
- Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock using the FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) method.
- Assist in daily closing procedures, including cleaning, waste disposal, and reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, customer service, and store management systems.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers when required, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to excellent service.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated reliability, discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of kitchen tools and willingness to learn proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday, with shift times to be communicated during the interview.
- Proficiency in using a store management system is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
