Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide product recommendations that align with their needs.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well‑stocked sales floor by arranging merchandise, rotating stock, and executing planograms.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, card, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in promotional activities, including setting up displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of perishable goods and loss‑prevention measures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and store policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Physical fitness with a proportional body posture; the role may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of moderate weights.
- Adaptable attitude, strong work ethic, and a positive, courteous demeanor.
- Good mental and emotional health; ability to handle high‑traffic periods calmly.

- Willingness to be assigned to any location as business needs dictate.
- Basic proficiency in using a retail management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
