As a Petugas Control Room Parking, you will be the eyes and ears of our parking facilities, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, safety, and an excellent customer experience for all visitors.
This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Sunday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with immediate start dates for qualified candidates. The role is ideal for recent high‑school graduates or vocational school alumni who are eager to develop a career in facilities management, security operations, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and entry/exit barriers to verify vehicle movements and detect any irregularities.
- Coordinate with on‑site parking attendants to resolve congestion, illegal parking, or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle counts, incidents, and system alerts for daily reporting.
- Provide real‑time assistance to drivers via intercom or telephone, answering queries and directing traffic.
- Conduct routine checks of surveillance equipment, ensuring cameras, sensors, and communication devices are functional.
- Escalate safety or security concerns to the regional supervisor and follow established emergency protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, highlighting occupancy rates and operational efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new parking technologies, customer service standards, and workplace safety.
- Support periodic audits by internal and external auditors to verify compliance with company policies.
- Promote a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the control room and adjacent areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates up to 28 years of age; however, the company welcomes all gender identities for the role.
- No need for corrective lenses (no myopia or astigmatism) to ensure clear visual monitoring.
- Minimum height of 165 cm for male applicants, with a proportionate weight.
- Must not have body piercings or visible tattoos, reflecting the professional image of the brand.
- Willingness to be assigned to any location within Arjawinangun, Kabupaten Cirebon.
- Ready to start work immediately upon selection.
