Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Anggota Tim Dapur (Kitchen Crew) at our bustling Makassar location. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of food safety, quality, and service that our customers expect. As a member of the kitchen crew, you will work closely with chefs, line cooks, and other support staff to ensure that every dish is prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest taste standards. The position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Sunday, 07:00‑16:00, and provides an excellent entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the hospitality and food‑service industry.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all dishes, work surfaces, cooking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with local food‑safety regulations.
- Wash, peel, slice, and pre‑prepare raw ingredients according to recipe specifications and hygiene standards.
- Organize and store inventory items, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and temperature control to prevent spoilage.
- Assist the kitchen supervisor in monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and supporting timely re‑ordering of supplies.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sanitation, equipment handling, and emergency protocols.
- Assemble and package customer orders accurately, ensuring presentation and portion sizes meet brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service periods, helping to alleviate bottlenecks.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, kitchen hygiene, and new menu introductions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
