Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about specials, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff using POS systems.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Monitor table status, anticipate guest needs, and provide timely refills, additional items, or special requests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen crew, especially in booth‑style setups, to assist with simple food preparation when needed.
- Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables efficiently, and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.
- Work as an integral part of a diverse team, supporting colleagues during peak hours and training new staff members.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and conduct, including the observance of Sunday and public‑holiday closures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality, suggest menu enhancements, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service; experience with booth‑crew cooking is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and staff.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance; no visible tattoos (Mes) and a clean, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with Sundays and public holidays off.
