Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a proactive and motivated Officer Relasi Pelanggan Karawang to join our growing team at the Karawang branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, fostering strong relationships with partners, and supporting the achievement of sales targets across the region. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, engaging directly with customers and business partners to promote BCA Finance’s suite of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s products and services to prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s network within the Karawang area.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed analysis of consumer creditworthiness, preparing reports that support loan approvals and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates on pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, risk management, and operations to streamline the loan application process.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and propose strategic initiatives to improve market share.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, business fairs, and networking gatherings to raise brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and uphold the highest standards of data security.
- Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports to branch management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we value experience and potential over seniority.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, customer relations, or financial services is a plus.
- Core Skills:
- Active communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical thinking for credit and market assessments.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivation and a genuine passion for field work.
- Legal Requirements: Possession of a valid SIM C and personal motorbike for field visits.
- Residency: Must reside in Karawang or surrounding areas to ensure quick response times.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
