- Accurately handle daily cash drawers, perform end‑of‑shift reconciliations, and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Assist with inventory control by scanning and logging returned items, and communicating stock shortages to the floor team.
- Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and upsell complementary products to increase average transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout environment, including proper waste disposal and routine sanitization of work surfaces.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special sales events.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, POS software upgrades, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years old.
