Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, accessories, and promotional materials, coordinating with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer inquiries, and operational metrics for outlet managers.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for test drives, service bookings, and customer consultations, using both manual logs and digital calendar tools.
- Handle cash transactions, process invoices, and reconcile daily sales data with the accounting department.
- Develop and update the outlet’s social media presence, creating engaging posts, responding to customer comments, and monitoring online reviews.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors, answering queries, and directing customers to the appropriate sales or service staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and data protection standards in all administrative activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Office Administration is strongly preferred.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in the automotive (car) sector is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for marketing and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness – “jujur & amanah.”
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail POS systems.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
