Responsibilities
- Process and record daily cash transactions, invoices, and expense claims in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, petty‑cash accounts, and inter‑company balances.
- Maintain and update fixed‑asset registers, including depreciation schedules.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data from various departments.
- Prepare routine financial reports for internal stakeholders, such as cash‑flow summaries and expense analyses.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation of VAT and income‑tax filings under supervision.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of payroll inputs, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum of 0 years of experience required (entry‑level).
