Introduction
PT Agta Mandiri Konsultan is expanding its manufacturing team at the state‑of‑the‑art cosmetics plant located in Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join us as Operator Produksi – Pengoperasian Mesin dan Monitoring Proses. The role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of product quality and efficiency that our brand promises to consumers across Indonesia.
As an Operator Production, you will work on a rotating shift that follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (07:30‑16:30). You will collaborate with a diverse team of technicians, quality engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of packaging lines, strict adherence to safety protocols, and on‑time delivery of finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate packaging and filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Continuously monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and line speed to detect any deviations.
- Perform in‑process quality checks, including visual inspection, weight verification, and label accuracy.
- Document production data in real‑time using electronic logbooks and report any abnormal conditions to the shift supervisor.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks, clean equipment, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, intermediate goods, and finished products to prevent contamination.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions when non‑conformities are identified.
- Assist in inventory counts, material replenishment, and waste segregation to support lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings, offering suggestions to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production environment, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Proficient in packaging processes, including technique of packing, sealing, and product labeling.
- Strong attention to detail for quality verification and documentation.
- Ability to work under production targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Personal traits: honesty, discipline, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Required application documents: updated CV, photocopy of latest diploma, photocopy of KTP, letter of work experience, and any additional supporting documents.
