This senior role will lead a cross‑functional team, drive revenue growth, and shape the creative direction of our promotional campaigns. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and quarterly targets.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, marketing specialists, and graphic designers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong customer retention.
- Oversee the creation of visual content using Canva, CapCut, and other editing platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with the product development team to align product launches with promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with distributors, retailers, and agency partners.
- Maintain accurate records in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and utilize CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and post‑event analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female (must present a professional and attractive appearance).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles (experience in consumer goods is a plus).
- Proficient in computer operations, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced skills in design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a car for field visits.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, discipline, responsibility, hard‑working, and excellent teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a basic command of English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
