Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping the sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our brand presence across multiple channels. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross‑functional team of sales representatives, digital marketers, and creative specialists.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Design and manage multi‑channel campaigns—including social media, email, print, and events—to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to ensure product positioning meets market demand.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting proposals, and ROI analyses for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to track pipeline health, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously improve processes, introduce innovative sales techniques, and stay current with digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates, with a preference for candidates who can represent a diverse workforce.
- At least 0‑2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Demonstrated “marketing spirit” – a passion for brand building, creative storytelling, and data‑driven decision making.
- Proven ability to work toward and exceed targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous.
