Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Acquisition Specialist – Personal Lending to join our dynamic team in Batam. This role focuses on driving the acquisition and sales of mortgage financing (KPR) products, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring a seamless credit journey from initial offer to fund disbursement. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential home‑loan customers through cold‑calling, digital leads, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored mortgage solutions that align with customers’ financial goals.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all documentation meets internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to accelerate approval processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with real‑estate agencies, housing developers, and other strategic partners to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Monitor loan performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in banking regulations to advise customers accurately.
- Participate in community outreach and financial education programs to enhance brand visibility and promote responsible home‑ownership.
- Adhere to the bank’s risk‑management framework, ensuring all transactions are processed with due diligence and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferably from a nationally accredited university with strong academic standing.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within banking, financial services, or mortgage lending.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset for evaluating creditworthiness and financial statements.
- Negotiation and problem‑solving skills to address client objections and close deals.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal transportation (motorcycle or car) are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems; basic knowledge of banking software is a plus.
- Positive, optimistic attitude with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to continuously learn.
