Responsibilities
- Execute promotional activities and in‑store displays that align with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Engage customers directly, providing product information, answering queries, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Maintain accurate sales logs and daily activity reports, ensuring all data is entered into the CRM system promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and launch seasonal campaigns, special offers, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels of promotional items, coordinate restocking, and report shortages to the warehouse supervisor.
- Negotiate with vendors and local partners to secure favorable terms for promotional materials and event sponsorships.
- Conduct post‑campaign analysis, measuring key performance indicators such as foot traffic, conversion rates, and revenue uplift.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on effective sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Uphold company branding guidelines and ensure all promotional assets are presented professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 45 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, retail, or direct‑to‑consumer promotion.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to craft persuasive sales pitches.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
- High levels of confidence, persistence, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Customer‑centric attitude with a focus on satisfaction and repeat business.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple promotions simultaneously.
