Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Toko Retail members to join our fast‑growing retail network in the Simpang Rimbo, Mendalo, Tembesi, and Bulian areas of Jambi. This front‑line position focuses on sales, customer service, and store upkeep. Candidates will receive two months of intensive training in Kota Jambi, followed by placement at one of our stores where they will enjoy a supportive work environment, full‑time hours, and provided accommodation for those relocating from outside the region.
Responsibilities
- Open the store each morning, conduct pre‑opening checks, and securely close the store at the end of the shift.
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and actively promote and sell a wide range of products.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by arranging merchandise, rotating stock, and ensuring attractive product displays.
- Accurately record inventory movements, update stock levels in the POS system, and conduct regular stock‑taking.
- Prepare daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, and communicate key performance metrics to store management.
- Keep the store clean and safe: sweep aisles, wipe surfaces, and ensure all products are presented hygienically.
- Monitor store security, report any suspicious activity, and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets, assist during busy periods, and share best practices.
- Participate in periodic product knowledge training and promotional events.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Never married (as specified by the employer).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a friendly, “good‑attitude” demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full‑time availability, with willingness to work Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑21:00.
- Flexibility to be placed in any of the designated store locations (Simpang Rimbo, Mendalo, Tembesi, Bulian).
- Readiness to undergo a two‑month training program in Kota Jambi before deployment.
- Not currently employed or enrolled in a degree program.
- Willingness to relocate; accommodation will be provided for candidates from outside the area.
- Basic computer literacy for POS and inventory software.
