This position bridges the gap between prospective micro‑entrepreneurs and our financing solutions, ensuring that each client receives personalized support from initial lead generation to post‑disbursement monitoring. Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive marketing activities both online (social media campaigns, digital ads) and offline (community events, local outreach) to generate qualified leads.
  • Perform diligent follow‑up on lead data, maintaining an up‑to‑date CRM system and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Collect, verify, and enter detailed consumer data required for credit analysis, including personal identification, business documentation, and financial statements.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys of micro‑businesses to confirm the authenticity of documents such as KTP, KK, NPWP, bank statements, and to assess income streams.
  • Input and upload comprehensive borrower profiles (demographic, business, collateral, partner, income estimation) into the credit system, and configure appropriate credit and insurance structures.
  • Visit client businesses to gather income data, evaluate repayment capacity, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Obtain and verify collateral documentation, including BPKB checks at Samsat for vehicle guarantees and building surveys to validate land titles (SHM).
  • Maintain post‑disbursement monitoring by collecting invoices or proof of fund utilization within three months of loan release.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, risk, and operations teams to streamline the approval process and mitigate potential defaults.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.
  • No prior experience required, though a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales‑focused environment is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort with data entry and CRM tools.
