Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with sous‑chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate ordering needs to the kitchen manager.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, locally sourced produce.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation to guarantee consistency and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑maintained work station, including proper handling of kitchen equipment.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings to discuss service flow, special events, and guest feedback.
Requirements
