Introduction

In this role, you will become an integral part of a dynamic virtual classroom, providing one‑on‑one and group mentorship to university students who are navigating the critical stages of their final research projects. Ideal candidates hold at least a Master’s degree (S2) in a relevant field, possess a minimum of one year of teaching or research supervision experience, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and data‑handling skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual mentorship sessions according to the agreed package and schedule, providing guidance on research design, methodology, data analysis, and writing.
- Review and give constructive feedback on research proposals, literature reviews, data collection plans, and draft chapters.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate statistical or qualitative analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, NVivo) and interpreting results.
- Monitor each mentee’s progress, set milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Develop supplemental learning materials such as checklists, templates, and short video tutorials to reinforce key concepts.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents (when applicable), and the Class Program coordination team.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest research methodologies and academic standards.
- Uphold academic integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards throughout the mentorship process.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in a discipline relevant to the fields listed below.
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or research supervision experience, preferably in a higher‑education setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in research methodology, data‑processing software, and statistical analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Personal Qualities: High integrity, discipline, professionalism, and a genuine passion for student success.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
