Introduction
CV Turbo Motor is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our retail network as Petugas Penjagaan dan Pengelolaan Toko Retail (Store Guard & Operations Officer). This role is critical in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently run environment across our multiple outlets. Candidates will be responsible for both security oversight and basic mechanical assistance, supporting our customers and staff during daily operations. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with work hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Monitor store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and inventory.
- Conduct regular patrols of the retail floor, back‑office, and parking areas, documenting any incidents or safety hazards.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, direct them to appropriate departments, and provide a friendly first impression.
- Perform routine checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and security equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Support the store’s mechanical department by performing simple motorbike repairs and maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior mechanics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage product displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store layout.
- Handle cash register opening/closing procedures and assist with inventory counts when required.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours, ensuring quick resolution of customer issues while maintaining security protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety, customer service, and basic mechanical skills.
- Prepare daily activity reports for store management, highlighting any incidents, customer feedback, or operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience (0‑2 years) in motorcycle repair or basic mechanical tasks is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Capability to remain calm and effective while working under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed at any CV Turbo Motor outlet across the region.
- Basic knowledge of security monitoring and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
