Introduction
We are seeking a reliable Staff Delivery professional to join our growing team in Pematang Siantar, Sumatera Utara. As a key member of the Meat N Fresh logistics network, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our high‑quality, halal‑certified meat products reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of product shipments at the store, adhering strictly to safety protocols and company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of all product inventories, ensuring that packaging remains intact and compliant with halal certification requirements.
- Execute timely deliveries to customers, confirming that each drop‑off matches the corresponding sales order and delivery documentation.
- Conduct post‑delivery verification with customers, collecting signatures, feedback, and any necessary documentation to close the sales order.
- Perform routine checks of the delivery vehicle, including fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall mechanical condition, to prevent breakdowns and ensure road safety.
- Communicate proactively with the sales and warehouse teams to report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages encountered during the delivery process.
- Utilize a mobile device or handheld scanner to update inventory status in real‑time, supporting the company’s e‑commerce platform and order tracking system.
- Uphold company policies regarding hygiene, product handling, and customer service, reinforcing Meat N Fresh’s reputation for reliability and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery, logistics, or a related field.
- Active Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for local transport.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, product presentation, and adherence to halal standards.
- Ability to follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies without exception.
- Physical stamina to handle product loading/unloading, which may involve lifting up to 20 kg repeatedly.
