To maintain our reputation for premium quality, we are seeking a diligent Operator Produksi Mesin Pengemasan who will perform manual feather‑removal and cleaning processes with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Manually extract feathers from swiftlet nests, ensuring each nest is handled with precision and care.
- Thoroughly clean nests by removing dirt, debris, and any foreign materials while preserving structural integrity.
- Inspect each processed nest against company quality standards and document any deviations.
- Classify nests into quality tiers based on cleanliness, size, and overall condition for downstream packaging.
- Maintain the physical condition of nests throughout the process to avoid breakage or contamination.
- Operate and maintain designated cleaning tools and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
- Record production metrics, including quantity processed, quality ratings, and any equipment issues, in the daily log.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with best practices in nest handling and hygiene.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SMA, D1/D2, D3, or higher).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
