Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Officer Marketing & Verification (MVO) to join our dynamic team in the Tangerang area. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring that prospective clients meet our rigorous eligibility standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for meeting targets, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with third‑party stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote and sell a diversified portfolio of products, tailoring pitches to match the unique needs of each customer segment.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses and feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in trade shows, dealer meetings, and community events to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating client information, sales pipelines, and verification results in real time.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Provide on‑the‑spot troubleshooting and support for customers during the verification and purchasing process.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) from any field of study.
  • Preferably 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong desire to work in a target‑driven environment and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Dynamic, communicative personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation abilities and confidence in closing deals.
  • Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driving license for local travel.
  • Proficiency in basic marketing communication, sales analysis, and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, with flexibility for occasional after‑hours engagements.
