Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, including pre‑soak, high‑pressure rinsing, hand‑washing, and drying with microfiber towels to prevent swirl marks.
- Execute interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery shampooing, leather conditioning, and dashboard polishing.
- Apply specialized cleaning agents for wheels, tires, and engine bays, ensuring safe handling of chemicals and proper waste disposal.
- Inspect each vehicle for imperfections, document any pre‑existing damage, and communicate findings to customers and management.
- Maintain and operate detailing equipment—including pressure washers, polishers, extractors, and steam cleaners—according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Uphold a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards and performing routine equipment maintenance.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to clients, answering questions about detailing packages and recommending appropriate upgrades.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies, restocking cleaning agents, and reporting low‑stock items to the supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest detailing techniques, product innovations, and industry best practices.
- Flexibly work evenings and weekends as needed, including occasional night shifts to accommodate customer schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience and capability).

- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle to commute to and from the workshop.

- Basic understanding of shop management systems or willingness to learn the Sistem Manajemen Toko software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions safely.
