Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly and check back with guests to guarantee satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and split checks accurately while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to coordinate seamless service during peak hours.
- Respond quickly to guest inquiries or concerns, offering solutions and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in regular shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, floor checks, and preparing the restaurant for the next service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Professional appearance and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the restaurant operates Monday through Saturday.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an advantage for serving international guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
