Introduction
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Drafter Produksi Kantor (Internal) to join our dynamic production team in Kab. Grobogan. This role is pivotal in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and supporting the production workflow of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, project managers, and the production floor to ensure that every drawing complies with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with design engineers to interpret conceptual sketches and turn them into detailed production‑ready documentation.
- Maintain an organized library of drawing files, revisions, and as‑built records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Support the production planning team by providing clear and up‑to‑date drawings that facilitate efficient material handling and assembly processes.
- Perform regular quality checks on drawings, cross‑checking dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of bills of materials (BOM) and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to verify that sourced components match the design requirements.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings, offering technical input and ensuring that project timelines are met.
- Provide training and guidance to junior drafting staff or interns on best practices in CAD usage.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve drafting standards, streamline workflows, and adopt new CAD functionalities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture).
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Active English communication skills—both written and spoken—to interpret technical documents and collaborate with international partners.
- Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Willingness to be based full‑time in Kab. Grobogan and adhere to the standard work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic understanding of production management concepts and an eagerness to learn advanced manufacturing processes.
