We are seeking a motivated Junior Pengumpul Data Lapangan to join our field operations team in the Situbondo area. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to residential customers for billing collection and data verification.
- Accurately record customer information, meter readings, and payment details using company‑approved mobile applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, customer service, logistics) to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Accept and process cash, bank transfers, and digital payments, ensuring proper documentation and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a detailed daily activity log, including routes taken, number of contacts made, and amounts collected.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of their bills, payment options, and any applicable discounts or incentives.
- Report any abnormal patterns, payment defaults, or service issues to the field supervisor for timely follow‑up.
- Support the team in ad‑hoc data collection projects, such as market surveys or service quality assessments, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health‑safety standards during field operations.
- Assist in training new field staff by sharing best practices for customer engagement and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma (S1) is a plus.
- Age: 18 – 31 years.

- Strong familiarity with the Situbondo area and ability to navigate local routes efficiently.
