Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Pengembangan Pasar dan Hubungan Pelanggan to join our growing hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the food & beverage (F&B) sector. This is a full‑time position based in Indonesia, offering a vibrant work environment where creativity, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and local community groups.
  • Conduct thorough market research to monitor local trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences specific to the F&B industry.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular follow‑ups, feedback collection, and tailored service improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and bakery production teams to ensure product offerings meet market demand.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good personality, positive attitude, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior within the F&B sector.
  • Basic understanding of pastry and bakery production, including breads, cakes, and desserts.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and community stakeholders.
