Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the cup screen‑printing machine, ensuring consistent pressure, alignment, and ink transfer.
- Prepare screen films, perform afdruk (film exposure), develop screens, and execute gesut (screen cleaning) with precision.
- Monitor production targets daily, adjusting workflow to meet or exceed set quotas without compromising quality.
- Match and mix colors accurately according to job specifications, using color charts and spectrophotometers when necessary.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals.
- Document production data, including run times, waste percentages, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate closely with design, quality‑control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless hand‑offs and on‑time delivery.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement meetings, offering suggestions for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with supervisors and peers, especially when addressing production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Ability to work under production targets and handle repetitive tasks with focus.
- Fundamental knowledge of screen‑printing techniques: film preparation, afdruk, exposure, and screen cleaning.
- Hands‑on experience (or willingness to learn) operating cup screen‑printing machines.
- Strong color discrimination skills and the ability to follow precise color formulas.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
- Basic numeracy for measuring inks, calculating run lengths, and logging production metrics.
- Commitment to a standard work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
