Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer (Female) to join our professional security team in Pangkal Pinang. This full‑time role involves safeguarding our client’s premises, assets, and personnel through vigilant monitoring, rapid response, and courteous service. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, two‑shift environment and will be an integral part of our commitment to safety and excellence in the security industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site, both on foot and by vehicle, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols and coordinating with local law‑enforcement when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and handover notes for the next shift.
- Perform routine checks of fire safety equipment, CCTV systems, and access control devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in crowd control during events, deliveries, and peak traffic periods, ensuring orderly flow and minimal disruption.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, guests, and contractors, reinforcing a safe and welcoming environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay current with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of security stations, equipment storage, and surrounding areas.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA).
- Gender: Female.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a security personnel, supported by reference letters from previous employers.
- Valid Gada Pratama basic security training certificate.
- Active Security Personnel Membership Card (KTA) issued by a recognized security unit.
- Good physical and mental health confirmed by a recent medical certificate.
- Clean police record, demonstrated by a current SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Zero tolerance for drug use, verified through a government hospital’s health and drug‑free certificate.
- Ability to work two rotating shifts:
- Shift I: 07:00 – 19:00 WIB
- Shift II: 19:00 – 07:00 WIB
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and record‑keeping.
