Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Store Audit Staff (Staf Audit Toko Ritel dan Gudang) to join our rapidly expanding retail network. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive stock inspections across all store warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting the broader Inventory Control team in achieving operational excellence. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, and is based at our central distribution hub.
Responsibilities
- Execute systematic stock verification procedures for every store warehouse, documenting discrepancies and presenting clear, actionable reports to management.
- Perform end‑of‑day residual stock checks in each retail outlet, identifying surplus or shortage items and initiating appropriate inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with store managers, procurement, and logistics teams to reconcile physical counts with system records, reducing shrinkage and improving forecast accuracy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory databases using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the company’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely availability.
- Identify patterns of stock movement, suggest improvements in shelf layout, and support the design of efficient warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization.
- Participate in periodic audits, cycle counts, and special projects aimed at enhancing overall inventory control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on audit techniques, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Actively propose and implement process improvements that contribute to the achievement of inventory accuracy targets and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; majors in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar stock audit or inventory control role within a retail or wholesale environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and comfortable learning ERP or inventory management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, confidence to interact with cross‑functional teams, creativity in problem‑solving, and a disciplined, honest, and decisive work ethic.
- Personal Attributes: High commitment level, integrity, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to take initiative in achieving inventory targets.
- Age & Gender: Maximum age of 40 years; male candidates only.
