Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish daily posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and courteously to foster community engagement.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing manager.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure visual and textual assets are ready for publication.
- Maintain a repository of approved images, videos, and brand assets for easy access.
- Support the organization of online contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws, platform policies, and internal data‑privacy standards.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including file management, meeting minutes, and budget tracking.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 25 years.
- Unmarried and not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; SMA/SMK acceptable for exceptional candidates.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in social media management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
