Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s suite of products—including consumer loans, micro‑finance solutions, and savings instruments—to prospective customers and business partners.
- Identify, approach, and develop new distribution channels and strategic partners to expand the company’s market footprint in Samarinda and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Conduct field surveys, collect consumer data, and perform eligibility analysis in accordance with internal risk‑assessment guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to regional management.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by generating qualified leads and supporting the loan‑approval process.
- Participate in community events and financial education workshops to enhance brand visibility and promote financial literacy.
- Ensure compliance with BCA Finance policies, the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), and other applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to candidates of any gender; a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities; ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with a genuine interest in field‑based work and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal motorcycle for daily travel.
- Resides in Samarinda or nearby areas, with a willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional after‑hours meetings as needed.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and a comfort level using mobile devices for reporting.
