Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is tailored for a detail‑oriented professional who can manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, support strategic decision‑making, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, providing accurate financial statements and insightful analysis that drive the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain general ledger entries, post journal vouchers, and ensure accuracy of subsidiary ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash positions, and manage inter‑company transactions.
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis models using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.).
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Handle tax filings (PPN, PPh) and stay updated on changes to tax legislation; prepare supporting schedules for tax returns.
- Utilize CORETAX and other accounting software to streamline tax calculations and reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to verify cost allocations and ensure proper expense recognition.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and investment decisions.
Requirements
- General Qualifications
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Must be a practicing Muslim.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
- Experience with CORETAX or similar tax software is a plus.
- Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of analytical thinking.
- Honest, responsible, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle accounting: journal entries, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software or Excel‑based systems for transaction processing.
- Knowledge of tax fundamentals (PPN, PPh) is considered a valuable asset.
- Possession of Brevet A and B certificates is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
- Work Schedule
- Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
